Job summary:
As part of the senior management team at Ecobank, the Head of Human Resources will contribute to the development and execution of the bank’s business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building critical organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. The role will play a key part in ensuring that HR and talent management strategies are aligned with the bank’s broader objectives, ultimately driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Finance, or other related fields of study.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in senior management roles, ideally with a focus on generalist HR functions within large, dynamic, and multinational organizations.
Collaborative Expertise: Proven track record of effectively partnering with HR business leaders and functional heads to drive strategic business initiatives and ensure alignment of human resource practices with organizational goals.
